ONE SMALL BOX CAN MAKE SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE
Join us on Sunday, December 5, as we buy gifts and pack boxes to be given away in the name of Jesus.
Here are the details:
When: Sunday, Dec 5, 6:45pm until 8:00 (NOTE: 6:45 is the start time - not 7:00. We will be gone by 7:00)
Where: Meet in the Refinery. Then we'll go to Walmart. Then back to the church building.
Who: MS & HS students
What to bring: HS students and MS students not going to the One-Day retreat should bring $5. (MS students going to the One-Day retreat, your $5 is covered in your retreat fee.)
What if I can't bring $5?: No worries. Come anyway. We'll have some extra money you can use.
How will we get there?: Our big bus and some parent vehicles
Can you bring more than $5, if you want?: Yes, you would just use the extra money to go toward gifts in your box. It is not expected for anyone to bring more than $5, but if you feel like you would like to, please do.
A few more things to know:
Students are asked not to drive to Walmart and meet us there. Please ride the bus and other vehicles driven by parents.
The Art of Parenting group and the Kids' Small Group will not be meeting this Sunday, December 5. Those two groups will meet on Sunday, December 13, for the final meeting time.
