Parents, if your son/daughter is under 18 years old, we need signed releases for them for some of the activities at High School Week.  If your son/daughter is 18, we will have them sign the forms once we reach each of the places where we need the forms. 

​

As a reminder, this is a "mystery trip" so please do not let students know about these places, even though you will know them once you sign these forms.  If you can not (or do not want to) keep these places to yourself, consider looking at these forms and signing them on Sunday after we leave.
